Refund policy
Once an order has been completed, it goes into production very quickly. Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been sent into production. Please contact us as soon as possible at hikingmojo.com if you need to attempt to cancel an order.
In the rare occurrence that your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at hikingmojo@gmail.com within seven days of receipt of your item(s) to arrange for a replacement. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a replacement to be considered.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hikingmojo@gmail.com within seven days of receipt of your item(s). Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to be considered. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several days for a refund to post.
